Reliable, organized, knowledgeable tutor.. David efficiently crafted an intensive tutoring program for my 16 year old for Geometry Regents NYC. My daughter finds the content extremely challenging, and David was patient and understanding in his approach, teaching her in as effective a way possible within a short time frame. David could not be more knowledgeable in his subject, and is extremely organized and communicative. My daughter studied geometry for a year at school and felt she didn’t understand anything. Great Experience! David has been tutoring my son in SAT Math ahead of the March SAT. They've had two weekly session for a little over a month and the most amazing part is how quickly and how well my son has connected with David's easygoing but super-helpful teaching style. When my son doesn't like a teacher, he simply doesn't get past that, and doesn't learn much. With David, he's learned so much and actually looks forward to their meetings! His practice scores have improved since Week One and he's picking up time-saving tips and important refresher information that he will need. The March SAT will be his first, and he and I (and David) are looking forward to a great score. If he wants to take a second SAT, we will not do it without some more meetings with David.

David provides invaluable guidance to my daughter in NYS Regents Geometry David is helping my daughter prepare to retake the summer Geometry Regents to improve her score. He has done a very thorough job of going through the Units with her. He assigns work for her to be responsible for when they are between sessions, and then builds off from her misconceptions. He is patient, and will back up to explain the theory of why the answer is this or that. He has helped to build her confidence and given her more in 2 weeks than she got from her Geometry teacher all year. Thank you David!

Excellent! David is a wonderful tutor! His teaching skills are evident in the way he approaches subjects and also in the way he interacts with students. My son can usually effectively mask and 'fake it' with most teachers. David makes sure to have my son lead at times by sharing his thinking and explaining his work. Effectively probing the true depth of his understanding - but David does it in a way that is inviting and open so my hesitant son is willing to share. Lessons are recorded so they can rewatch and review on their own. Wish we had found David last year!

Great & Patient Tutor.. David has been great with the small group of students he has prepping for the SAT exam. He has been very patient with those who did not want to interact at first and get them our of their comfort zone to ask questions and seek help. He has also been sharing amazing tricks and technologies to help them study when he is nit with them to walk them through it.
